So anxious! Can’t wait until we officially start Sweet Thing because I think my co-workers and boss are getting tired of all of my baking experiments. Not because they don’t like what I make, but because they blame me when they gain weight. You know you’re on the right track when you’re told you need to quit your job because the ooey gooey cake you made tastes that good. Once we get the proper licenses, food liability insurance, and get into a commercial kitchen, it will be all good.
