Pork Belly Pt. 1

I usually share what I’m baking or what I’m doing to move the business along, but I’m too excited about this pork belly to keep quiet!! I found a great recipe from http://crepesofwrath.net/2013/01/09/crispy-pork-belly/ . Pork belly is brined and chilling in the fridge. Will be back tomorrow with the results.
